Mac Machine is a leader in economical, lifetime tooling. Our in-house design department uses Solidworks 3D CAD software. We offer a state-of-the-art tool room and support our toolmakers with wire EDM machines, CNC machines, lathes, mills and surface grinders.

Mac Machine's controlled environment inspection room houses its CMM with reverse engineering capability for replacement parts.

Mac Machine designs and builds progressive dies, form dies and trim dies for both large and small presses. Large and small die testing are handled conveniently on Mac Machine's presses which range from 35 to 1,200 tons.
